1. Acceptance and Modification

You must register an account to access the full functionality of our services.
You must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you.
Please notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this agreement.

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product information (including prices, descriptions, and availability), but errors may occasionally occur.
Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary due to photography and display differences.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors are discovered.
Some products may have purchase quantity limits.
Virtual products generally cannot be refunded once purchased and successfully delivered; please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; a binding contract is formed upon our shipping confirmation.
You must ensure the accuracy of payment information and sufficiency of funds.

You will receive an order confirmation notification upon successful payment.
If a payment anomaly occurs (such as duplicate charges), please contact customer support promptly.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to insufficient inventory, incorrect information, or suspected fraud.

We will arrange delivery based on the shipping address you provide.
Estimated delivery times are for reference only; actual delivery times may be affected by various factors.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters or pandemics).
Please inspect your package upon receipt; contact customer support immediately if any issues are found.
Delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by you are your responsibility.

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt without reason.
Returned products must be in their original condition and must not affect resale.
Return shipping costs for quality defects are covered by us.
Return shipping costs for personal reasons are borne by you.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected; the refund method matches the original payment method.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not directly responsible for issues caused by third-party services (such as payment platforms or logistics companies).
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the disputed event.

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the jurisdiction where the platform operator is located.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
