Request Account and Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their account and related personal data through the app or by email.

Option 1: Delete your account inside the app
This is the fastest option for users who can still sign in.
- 1Open the app and go to "My".
- 2Tap "Settings" in the upper-right corner.
- 3On the settings page, tap "Delete account".
- 4Confirm the prompt to submit your account deletion request.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, you can submit a deletion request using the support email listed on this page.
- 1Send an email to the support address below.
- 2Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- 3Include your registered phone number, registered email address, or account ID for identity verification.
- 4After verification, our team will process your request.
Data that will be deleted or anonymized
After account deletion is completed, we delete or anonymize account profile data and other non-essential personal data directly tied to the account.
- Profile details such as nickname, avatar, bound phone number, and bound email address
- Saved addresses, favorites, and preference settings
- Other account identifiers that are no longer required to operate the service
Data that may be retained
To meet transaction, dispute, security, and legal obligations, some records may be retained for a limited time after account deletion.
- Order, payment, refund, after-sales, and invoice records
- Customer support and security logs needed for dispute handling or fraud prevention
- Minimum data that must be retained under applicable laws or regulations
Additional retention period
Transaction records, security logs, and dispute-related records are generally retained for no more than 180 days after account deletion is completed. If a longer retention period is required by law, we retain the data for the legally required period and then delete or anonymize it.
Processing time
We process valid deletion requests as soon as possible after identity verification. If you cannot sign in, please submit the request using your registered email address or other account ownership details.
